Making
Your Holy Hour

The holy hours may be prayed in any Catholic Church and
it is not necessary that the Blessed Sacrament be exposed
for adoration during your holy hour.

The Intention:

Offer every holy hour for an end to abortion, and in reparation for the thousands of innocent lives already lost.

How to Pray

While there is no formula you must follow during your holy hour, so long as you have the intentions of the apostolate, the following recommendations may be applied as desired.
It is recommended that adorers participate in spiritual adoption, promoted by Venerable Fulton Sheen. If this is desired, the intention that the particular baby's life may be spared can be added to the holy hour intentions listed above
